Photo Release

I represent that I am the sole creator of each photo and does not infringe any other person’s copyrights or rights of literary property, nor do they violate the rights of privacy of, or libel, other persons. I understand that the photos that I submit are done so voluntarily. I grant to the Navarre Fishing Rodeo the right to publish submitted photos. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, judgments, court costs, attorney’s fees, and other expenses arising from any alleged or actual breach of this warranty.
